Moto Standard U9 U53

Sorry for writing in english.

I am an owner of a Moto standard U9, one axl tractor. And I am looking for a spare parts list and a manual. I have a friend who has a U53 and he is looking for the same thing. If you have a link or a PDF copy please send it to me:clrtrnsl@hotmail.com

Its difficult to find info about this on the net...so any info would be appreciated.

Do you speak german? It would be easyer for me !!! I can send you a part list of the u9 (online on this forum). Could you send us a picture of the u53? I don't know this kind of one axle tractor. I might have a part list for it. Were these tractors sold in Norway under the name "Motostandard" or "Gutbrod" ?

I do not speak german, but I can read and understand german (to a certain exctent)
The U53 is not mine...but its the old version of the U9, at least in norway.
It was sold from 1953 and had a 7 hp power Moto-St engine. It was not as though as the U9.

In norway the tractors was sold as gutbrod in 1951 when it arrived, with a green colour. This changed to moto standard in 1953, with the "blue" colour and red wheels, until mid 60`s. In the mid 60`s it went back to gutbrod, but kept the moto st colour.In the late 60`s it went over to the colour red and white with the name gutbrod.

I will ask him to send a picture of the tractor if its in one piece....

You seem to be an expert of the topic. By "you tube" there is a video of Moto Standard with four wheel drive (I don't know if it's in Norway or Finnland but it's very great).
I look in my "records" and put the spare parts list of the u9 online.

Thank you for the manual...helps a lot.

I have some manuals for mag motors and other 2 axl tractors (aebi, bucher, agria and rapid). So if you need anything do not hesitate to ask. Most of the manuals are in german. They are in PDF...can send them by mail.

PS: Some spare parts are yet available in Germany . You can of course find a lot of parts on Ebay.fr (motoculteur, motostandard) or Ebay.de (einachser, Einachsschlepper, Gutbrod, Balkenmäher).
